Interim Finance Manager for Global Group in Growth

The company is a global group experiencing continuous growth.

As the Interim Finance Manager, you bring strong financial and accounting expertise, strategic overview, and solid people skills to the role. You will be responsible for the entire Danish finance function, leading a team of approximately 10 dedicated employees in a professional yet informal environment.

The finance department is part of the company’s global finance organization, and you will work closely with the Danish Managing Director and other senior leaders in the organization.

The role includes overall responsibility for accounting and reporting, including reconciliations and recurring financial tasks, as well as both internal and group reporting and participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Lead and manage the finance department (10 employees)

• Perform business analyses and provide financial insights

• Handle group reporting and internal reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of annual accounts

• Improve and strengthen internal controls

• Drive process optimization within the finance department

• Present and report results both locally and internationally

Profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within an international group

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset

• Clear communicator with the ability to maintain an overview in complex settings

• Experience with process improvement and financial reporting

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision BC is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Fluent English at negotiation level is essential
