The company is a large Danish manufacturing company with approximately 250 employees and an annual turnover of around DKK 290 million.
The company exports its unique products throughout Europe to major brands and is therefore one of the largest in its field in Europe.
If you have strong accounting and financial skills, a solid overview, and strong interpersonal empathy, you will, as Finance Manager, be responsible for a team of four dedicated employees in an informal yet professional environment.
Areas of Responsibility
You will report directly to the company’s CEO and be part of the executive management team.
The role includes overall responsibility for all accounting activities - including reconciliations and other recurring financial tasks. The position also involves internal and external reporting and contributing to the preparation of the annual report.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Leadership of the finance department (6 people)
• Business analyses
• Internal reporting - including monthly accounts
• Prepare and contribute to the preparation of the annual report
• Prepare liquidity budgets and statements
It is important that you actively contribute to improving the efficiency of the finance department’s processes, maintain an overview of the entire business, communicate clearly, and are able to present and report to the CEO and board.
In addition to solid analytical experience, you have a strong interest in business analysis and follow-up and thrive working close to the business.
As a person, you are self-driven, used to planning and prioritizing your own work, and a good team player. Furthermore, you are structured and practice good governance.
You are communicative and enjoy working broadly with many tasks.
To thrive in the role, you must be flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic and informal environment.
