Our client is a Nordic-rooted consulting and project organization operating across Europe. The company specializes in large-scale strategic and digital transformation projects and employs around 400 consultants across multiple markets.
To support the Group CFO, we are looking for an
Interim Finance Director who can take ownership of key financial projects and provide hands-on leadership during a busy transition period.
The company is currently engaged in several strategic initiatives, including the group-wide rollout of a common ERP system (Business Central) and internal M&A activities across subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute key financial projects
• Oversee ERP implementation (Business Central)
• Establish a shared service center for finance operations
• Support strategic initiatives such as subsidiary mergers and intercompany alignment
• Contribute to BI optimization and rollout
• Provide business partnering and controlling support for selected departments
• Assist with budgeting and refinement of the group’s financial model
• Support the year-end closing and audit process during peak periods
• Review and optimize corporate insurance coverage
• Prepare and oversee salary adjustments
• Streamline the monthly closing process and automate relevant financial workflows
