Our client is a market-leading, international service company, for which we are seeking an Interim Department Manager for their local branch. The Interim Department Manager will ensure daily operations, structure, and momentum during a period of leadership transition. The department consists of 20+5 employees across two locations. Nineteen employees are field-based/executing roles, and six employees act as project owners.

The Assignment Includes

• Visible, hands-on leadership - with start time at 07:00

• Close support to case owners and field staff in planning, calculations, and project economics

• Ensuring stable operations and solid execution of many small projects as well as a few larger projects

• Prioritization, coordination, and commercial mindset in relation to budgets, pricing, and delivery times

• Rebuilding motivation, collaboration, and strong communication

• Professional, clear, and structured communication - especially in writing

Profile

A resilient and motivating leader with experience from the service, construction, or skilled trades industry. A manager with strong operational understanding, financial insight, and the ability to create stability, direction, and motivation.
