Our client is an integrated technology platform for the financial services market dealing with large customers all over the world.
The company was founded eight years ago and has around 50 employees, where 50% are in the IT department, an in-house team located in Portugal.
The company is about to launch its in-house developed software platform and has decided to hire an CTO to perform an independent code review, manage the project to its completion and help with team management during that process.
Qualifications
- Experience in complex software projects
- Experienced IT-architect
- Degree in computer science
- Good people manager
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Portuguese is an added benefit.
The workplace is from home, but a monthly meeting for 2-3 days in Portugal will be required.
The interim assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and last for around 6 months.
