Our client is one of the largest media groups in the Nordics, currently on an ambitious growth journey driven by both organic expansion and M&A activities.
The company is also preparing for major transformations at both the Danish and Nordic level.
They are now seeking an Interim CTO to lead the existing IT/Tech organization and drive the upcoming technology transformation initiatives.

Stakeholders: Nordic CTO, Danish management, and local organization
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Danish IT/Tech organization
• Oversee development, applications, platforms, architecture, migration, and IT support
• Lead the organization through ongoing and upcoming transformation projects
• Ensure delivery of key milestones with deadlines in June
• Define, plan, and launch strategic development projects
• Prioritize resources and manage development plans in the short and mid-term
• Identify and communicate risks across projects
• Build a close collaboration with the Nordic CTO
Technical Environment
Experience with some of the following technologies is an advantage:
C#, MSSQL, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes.
