An international private equity-owned company in significant growth is looking for an experienced Interim Country Manager to take charge in the Netherlands.
It is a prerequisite that the right candidate is fluent in Dutch and has documented experience working in the Netherlands. Reporting directly to the Group CEO in Denmark, you will have full P&L responsibility and act as the driving force behind the execution of the group’s strategy in the Netherlands. The focus is on creating stability, strengthening the management team, and realizing the business potential across the organization.
The company owns and operates more than 25 locations in the Netherlands, serving private customers on-site. The Interim Country Manager will have overall responsibility for more than 100 employees (both salaried and hourly workers) and for leading managers and specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable operations and deliver on financial growth targets.
- Develop and motivate the local management team.
- Work closely with group functions in Denmark (Finance, HR, Marketing).
- Engage in close dialogue with national and local authorities and customers, and strengthen relationships with these stakeholders.
- Drive growth initiatives and realize market potential - across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments.
Profile:
You are an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen,
documented P&L experience, and a proven ability to deliver results in an international setup. You thrive in a
hands-on role where the pace is high and decisions must quickly turn into action.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Documented experience from the Dutch market.
- Experience from international and/or private equity-owned companies.
- Willingness to work primarily in the Netherlands during the assignment period.
