Our client is a young and dynamic company focusing on certification, customer documentation, customer reviews, lead generation, etc. It is founded and owned by experienced business professionals.
The company has developed a 100% digital platform solution, which already generates some revenue and has much of the infrastructure in place regarding product, delivery, finance, etc. The owners of the company recognize that it is now time to bring a strong commercial profile on board, who within a short period will be offered to join the founder team, after demonstrating the will and ability to create commercial success.
This opportunity is therefore aimed at candidates who have a strong drive to become independent and create success together with the other founders.
To achieve commercial success, several strategic paths have been identified, which the candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a Go-To-Market strategy for:
• Selling and delivering solutions that create customer confidence and lead generation for webshops.
• Selling and delivering solutions that create customer confidence, documentation, lead generation, and digitalization of quoting processes for Danish craft businesses.
• Establishing both physical and online sales channels and, over time, building a sales organization.
The Commercial Director will have significant influence on the content of the strategy and the strategic decisions to be made and will report to the Chairman of the Board. The candidate must naturally transition into the role of Director/Owner-Manager with a primary focus on commercial activities.
It will be a clear advantage to have experience in starting and running your own business, working very operationally and hands-on with sales efforts, and having a strong determination to overcome challenges along the way.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Development and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy.
• Demonstrate measurable sales results within a short time frame.
• Proactively approach and close deals with new customers.
• Participate in an informal and close team collaboration with the rest of the organization.
• Act as a close and trusted sparring partner for the Chairman of the Board.
