For our client, a prominent media organization in Greenland, we are seeking an Interim Commercial Director for an operational and results-driven assignment. The focus will be on commercial leadership, sales, and digital business development.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and development of a hybrid sales team of 5 salespeople (3 in Denmark, 2 in Greenland)
- Drive revenue through advertising, subscriptions, partnerships, and commercial digital products, across both print and digital offerings
- Build close relationships with key customers and major advertisers
- Accelerate digital business development based on data, marketing, and modern sales methods
- Provide organizational input toward a more digitally oriented commercial structure
- Ensure a solid and structured handover to a future permanent Commercial Director
The role requires an experienced commercial leader who thrives in an active, hands-on position and can create direction, relationships, and results from day one. The assignment must be carried out in Greenland, and our client provides a furnished apartment for the duration of the engagement.
