The company has raised more than DKK 20 million in capital and expects another funding round within the next 6-8 months.
The company is now ready to begin executing a Go-To-Market strategy with two main tracks aimed at realizing its significant market potential:
1. Identify and select unique products from international manufacturers, secure regulatory approval in Denmark, and establish sales channels.
2. Prepare Danish and Scandinavian sales channels for the company’s own products and ensure necessary approvals.
The Interim CCO will have substantial influence on the strategy’s content and on the key decisions to be made. Both the company’s Board of Directors and CEO will actively contribute to the strategic work. The CCO reports directly to the CEO.
The CCO will be responsible for the commercial business development in the initial phase, combining strategic leadership with a strong operational, hands-on approach involving strategy development, project management, and process optimization.
A solid understanding of the structures and regulatory framework within the Danish and Scandinavian pharmaceutical industry is essential.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
• Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and customers
• Secure approval for imported and in-house products for sale in Denmark and Scandinavia
• Build Danish and Scandinavian sales channels
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and long-term company goals
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the organization in an informal and agile environment
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the company’s CEO
