Interim Chief Accountant for an exciting, growth-oriented, owner-managed company.
The company handles transport assignments, etc., for a large part of Denmark’s major companies, public institutions, as well as a smaller segment of private customers. The company is strongly involved in the green transition.
Together with a small team of bookkeepers, the Chief Accountant is responsible for ongoing monthly reporting, correct consolidation of companies, contract management of assets, debtor/creditor management, VAT/tax settlement, and payroll.
It is a must that you are hands-on in the various tasks while also being an experienced leader who enjoys sparring with the team.
Combined with great drive and commitment, as well as good business understanding, the primary tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as consolidation of accounts.
- Overall responsibility for bookkeeping and payroll administration, etc.
- Internal management of assets, including contract management of leasing agreements, etc.
- Contact person for audit, banking connections, etc.
