Interim Change Communication Manager for a Leading Nordic Media Group

Our client is one of the largest media groups in the Nordics. The company is on an ambitious growth journey supported by organic growth and a number of M&A activities.
They are also facing major transformations both at the Danish and Nordic levels.
The Danish organization is therefore looking for an Interim Change Communication Manager to lead all communication related to the transformations.
Reference: CMO
Stakeholders: Nordic management, Danish management, and Danish organization
Responsibilities:
• Develop the entire change management track and manage the project on a daily basis
• Plan and execute all communication related to the transformation projects
• Build effective communication channels, including the intranet
• Stakeholder management
• Ensure proper communication from the Nordic transformation project to the Danish organization
It is a requirement that the candidate is fluent in Danish and English.
Knowledge of Nordic languages and culture is a definite advantage.
