The company is headquartered in Denmark and operates across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
The organization is about to undergo a major restructuring, during which the entire finance function will be re-established with a strong focus on digitalizing processes and workflows.
The Interim CFO will report to the CEO and have a Finance Manager and Finance Assistant as direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Restructuring: Oversee the transfer and renewal of partnerships, agreements, contracts, and the implementation of a new financial system.
- Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accurate bookkeeping, VAT and tax compliance, and timely financial reporting.
- Cash Management: Manage banking relationships, payments, invoicing, terms and conditions, and the full order-to-cash process.
- Payroll: Ensure correct and efficient management of salaries, payments, tax, holidays, and related obligations.
- Supply Chain Finance: Strengthen financial discipline across supplier orders, transport costs, delivery times, and supply chain financing
- CEO Support: Act as a financial sparring partner to the CEO, including support in stakeholder dialogue with banks, auditors, and other external parties.
