The company is a subsidiary of a global group employing nearly 20,000 people worldwide.
With around 170 employees in Denmark, the company is currently experiencing a high level of activity. The current CFO and management have initiated several process improvements and efficiency projects within finance and reporting.
Due to the CFO’s transition to a new role in another group, the company needs an Interim CFO to ensure a smooth handover and stable operations until a permanent replacement is in place.
The current CFO will remain in position until the end of November.
The company has a flat and informal organizational structure, and you will be part of the executive leadership team consisting of four members.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the current CFO to gain insight and take over responsibility for ongoing initiatives, processes, and newly implemented procedures.
• Lead and develop the finance and administration department (approx. 5 employees) through the transition period.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the global parent company.
• Provide value-adding financial analyses and KPIs to both top management and operational leaders.
• Maintain a strong focus on data quality, performance reporting, and financial governance.
• Continue to improve financial follow-up and operational performance within the company.
Reference: Reports directly to the
CEO.
