Our client, an established and well-known player within their industry, is looking for an Interim CFO.

The company is highly specialized in its field and operates in a project-oriented environment. The Interim CFO will hold overall responsibility for finance and payroll and have two direct reports – a bookkeeper/controller and a payroll specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department.

• Act as a financial sparring partner for the management team.

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Develop and improve reporting tools to support both daily operations and strategic objectives.

• Strengthen existing reporting tools and their practical application.

• Serve as the contact person for the auditor, bank, insurance company, and authorities.

• Prepare budgets and perform budget follow-up.

• Oversee cash management.

• Develop company systems and processes within finance, accounting, and project management.

• Ensure execution and planning of strategic goals.

The company’s ERP system is C5, and they work with Power BI as well as a custom-built time registration and planning system.

Note

: This assignment offers the possibility of permanent employment after the interim period.
