Our client is a major Danish service group with more than 1,500 employees, part of a large international corporation listed abroad.

The Interim CFO will report to the CEO for Denmark and work closely with the Group CFO internationally. The role carries overall responsibility for three departments - Accounting, Controlling, and IT - with a total of 14 employees, including department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of the 2022 annual report

• Lead and support the Accounting, Controlling, and IT teams, currently under pressure

• Prioritize and structure tasks and ongoing projects

• Establish standardized reporting procedures across departments

• Secure timely and accurate reporting to Group, Danish management, and business units

• Ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements as part of a listed entity

• Assess the need for additional resources within Accounting and Controlling

• Handle stakeholder management with Group, auditors, and key internal partners

• Build robust processes for efficient month-end closing and continuous budget follow-up
