An experienced and resilient Interim CFO is sought for a large, complex, and values-driven corporate group to lead and secure financial stability during a turbulent period. The mandate is to establish financial clarity, structure, and stability in a challenging transitional phase, including a misaligned ERP implementation. This is a broad and complex leadership role. You will step in as a fully operational CFO with direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with Executive Management and the Board of Directors. The finance function consists of approximately 50 employees, including 4 direct reports at leadership level.
Responsibilities
• Stabilize and create transparency within the finance function
• Lead and motivate a professionally strong organization under pressure
• Act as trusted sparring partner to the CEO on priorities and transformation initiatives
• Navigate and manage a complex stakeholder landscape
• Establish a solid foundation for the incoming permanent CFO
Profile
• Experienced and technically strong CFO
• Strong capabilities in change leadership and stakeholder management
• Clear, trustworthy, and comfortable operating in complex organization
• Experience with M&A activities
