Our client is a Danish manufacturing company specializing in process equipment sold globally, primarily through project-based sales. The company has subsidiaries, sister companies, and distributors in several countries.

The company is experiencing significant growth and is in urgent need of strong and decisive leadership to stabilize and scale production and the supply chain to meet the growing customer demand. In parallel, concrete initiatives must be launched during 2022 to optimize operations and significantly strengthen supply chain efficiency.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management and preferably experience in supply chain operations. The right candidate leads by example and creates alignment and engagement across the organization.

Initially, the role requires visible, operational leadership with a sharp focus on execution, structure, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient production and on-time project deliveries

• Drive operational and financial optimization across production and supply chain

• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on strategic execution and reporting

• Maintain strong customer relationships and support large-scale project sales

• Lead organizational alignment and change management

• Prepare the company for a potential sale within a foreseeable timeframe

• Opportunity for Management Buy-In (MBI) for the right candidate (not required)

Due to the hands-on nature of the assignment,

on-site presence in Zealand is preferred.
