We are looking for an Accounting Manager for an exciting, growth-oriented privately owned company with several brands.

The stores are operated through both own ownership and franchise models. The company expects significant growth in the coming years (turnover in the most recent financial year: approx. DKK 60 million).

The candidate will report directly to the company’s CEO, with whom there will be close collaboration as a strategic sparring partner.

It is essential that you are hands-on and actively involved in the tasks listed below.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, consolidation of accounts, liquidity budgets, and investment budgets

• Overall responsibility for bookkeeping and payroll administration

• Internal accounting and controlling, including contract management

• Acting as the primary contact for external bookkeeping, auditors, and banking partners - and potentially responsible for negotiating terms with these service providers

• Identify, analyze, and optimize financial processes and drive implementation of improvements
