Are you passionate about the green transition, the latest energy technologies, and working in a growing company where you’ll have significant responsibility and close collaboration with skilled colleagues?
As part of the management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s private and business customers are satisfied, engaged, and aware of their co-ownership — understanding their shared role in delivering sustainable and affordable district heating.
The Mission
The company operates one of Denmark’s largest district heating networks and is driven by a strong focus on collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. Working across disciplines and partnerships, the organization aims to be a front-runner in sustainable heat production.
Following an intensive infrastructure phase, the focus is now shifting toward developing new customer concepts and building closer relationships with both existing and new customers. You will take the lead in this effort, managing a dedicated team of six employees and collaborating closely with the management group.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the customer area — with responsibility for both private and business customers.
• Drive initiatives that ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee billing, service experience, and the use of digital tools across all customer touchpoints.
• Build and lead a motivated team, ensuring clarity, engagement, and well-being.
• Develop and execute customer campaigns and engagement concepts.
• Relaunch the company vision, brand, and communication platform.
• Contribute actively to management strategy, helping to shape the company’s future and strengthen its role in Denmark’s green energy transition.
