Would you like to help drive and sharpen the commercial agenda in one of Denmark’s most exciting logistics companies?

We are seeking a Head of Commercial Operations for a Danish private equity-owned company, who can combine strong operational leadership with commercial development and deliver results together with a skilled specialist team.

You will be responsible for establishing structure, processes, and reporting during the first months - and subsequently driving development, strategy, and new initiatives in close collaboration with the Commercial Director and the company’s senior management.

The company is in rapid growth, characterized by ambitious goals, strong international presence, and a culture where commercial expertise and collaboration drive results.

The Role

As Head of Commercial Operations, you will lead and develop a team of 8 employees across Commercial Controlling, Pricing, BI, and Business Development.

Your main task during the first six months will be to create order and structure - ensuring robust reporting, clear processes, and effective controls, providing the organization with a strong foundation.

Once the fundamentals are in place, you will drive strategic and commercial development, new initiatives, and foster a culture of professionalism and forward momentum.

You will act as a key sparring partner to the Commercial Director and work closely with leaders across the organization - including Sales, IT, and Finance.

We Are Looking For

• A leader with experience in Commercial Operations, Business Controlling, or a similar function.

• Strong analytical skills and solid experience with lead-to-cash, controlling, and BI tools.

• The ability to drive change, commercial initiatives, and implement new processes across the organization.

• A team-oriented mindset with drive, ambition, and the ability to motivate a diverse specialist team.

• Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written).

Success Criteria - First 6 Months

• Commercial controlling suite implemented and lead-to-cash process stabilized.

• Key reports established and in operation.
