In connection with a planned parental leave, we are now seeking an Interim Head of Architecture and Construction for placement with our client LB-Hus AB in Bromölla, Skåne.

Responsibilities

As Interim Head of Architecture and Construction, you hold overall responsibility for operational leadership of the architecture and construction department, which produces customer-specific architectural and construction drawings.

The functioning of this department is vital for LB-Hus’s entire production of customized homes. All completed houses pass through both the architecture and construction departments, making these functions a crucial part of ensuring delivery times and overall production flow.

The company is in a growth phase, and the department currently has a very high workload. Clear, daily production management is required, and continuous follow-up of planning and personnel is necessary to ensure delivery quality and a healthy work environment. A stable and present Leader is needed for the entire team and plays an important role in maintaining internal communication with various functions. One team member handles detailed time planning and will be a key collaborator.

You report to the Technical Manager.

Requirements

Experience from the single-family home industry is desirable, otherwise experience from the construction sector. Alternatively, experience working in an operation with customer-specific technical products.
