The company is an international, dynamic service organization in rapid growth, delivering services within education, networking, and personal development.
Operating across the Nordics with headquarters in central Copenhagen, the company employs approximately 60 people.
The task is to develop the finance function in line with the company’s growth and to streamline and automate financial processes.
Initially, you will handle all daily hands-on financial tasks as the sole finance employee, but over time, you will be responsible for building and developing your own team.
You will also ensure reliable reporting and financial sparring to the executive management.

Responsibilities
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of both financial and operational performance across 4 countries
• Development and maintenance of financial models
• Stakeholder management with executive management, the board, and managing directors in other countries
• Liquidity management and continuous updates of cash flow forecasts
• Streamlining, automation, and optimization of the finance function
• Ad hoc analyses and performance insights across the business — from sales to product level
• Strategic and operational involvement across the company (e.g., organization structure, recruitment, product development, and IT)
• Ensure the financial year wheel runs smoothly with processes such as month-end close, year-end close, audit, VAT, and tax
• Provide input on legal and compliance matters
Profile
You are an experienced Financial Controller ready to take the next step in your career.
You are outgoing, detail-oriented, and structured — yet able to maintain a strong overview.
You likely hold a degree from CBS or similar, combined with several years of experience, preferably from a consulting or professional services environment.
It is essential that you are hands-on, flexible, and a true team player who enjoys being actively involved in solving tasks and developing processes.
