We are conducting a Fast Executive Search for a Demand Planning Manager to join one of the largest food manufacturers in the Nordics, with annual revenue of DKK 35 billion and sales in over 100 countries.
You will become part of a Demand Planning team of five, responsible for a portfolio of food products. The role does not include direct leadership responsibilities but offers a wide interface across the organization and a key position in securing accurate forecasts and supply stability.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate forecasting in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, including identifying potential risks in customer agreements.
• Challenge forecasts based on historical data, current performance, and future market trends.
• Take ownership of the operation and development of the S&OP process.
• Ensure correct delivery of finished goods from both internal group companies and external suppliers.
• Utilize existing KPI reports to identify and implement value chain improvements, including monitoring slow-moving products and proactively engaging relevant stakeholders on required actions.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and process optimization across the organization.
Qualifications
• Experience within Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficiency in SAP (R/3 and APO) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
