Accounting Manager for a Sustainable International Logistics Company

Are you an experienced Accounting Manager with strong leadership skills, capable of ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards in an international and dynamic finance environment?

We are seeking a competent leader who can drive optimization, streamline operations, and foster close collaboration both internally and externally. You will report to the

CFO and lead the Accounting Department in Denmark, taking on a central role in ensuring both strategic and operational progress. Your focus will be on

process optimization,

efficiency improvements, and creating a structured, collaborative work environment within the team.

Key Responsibilities

•

Strategic and operational leadership: Build a cohesive and efficient accounting department by integrating company values and continuously improving workflows.

•

Process optimization and system efficiency: Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes to maintain high standards in bookkeeping, reporting, and internal controls.

•

Compliance and reporting: Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable laws and standards, maintaining a strong focus on precision and quality.

•

Risk management: Implement robust control mechanisms and risk management initiatives to prevent fraud and strengthen compliance.

•

Team leadership and development: Lead, develop, and motivate the team with a focus on competence building and well-being. Establish a strong foundation for onboarding and training new employees.

•

Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with the

Head of Financial Processes & Controlling and other functional leaders to ensure data quality and smooth cross-functional workflows.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in accounting and leadership within a global organization with multiple stakeholders. You have strong knowledge of

ERP systems, excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, and a structured, motivational leadership style that ensures progress, cohesion, and high performance within the department.
