Nordic Transformation Project with Multiple Interim Managers

The Assignments

As part of a global Change Programme being rolled out across the Nordics, two interim managers were needed — one for HR and one for Communication. The goal was to create stronger cohesion and shared systems, including the implementation of a new HR platform and a unified reporting system to ensure consistent financial and managerial reporting across the organization.

The Finance Department was another key area requiring reinforcement. Here, one interim position as Financial Controller was filled, alongside two permanent hires. The objective was to strengthen and optimize the department, ensuring operational success and a robust financial setup for the future.

Why Interim?

For Lars Kristiansen, Director of Technology and Transformation, Nordic Region at Carglass, it was an obvious decision to include interim managers.
