The Challenge
Our Finance Manager Nordic resigned — right before Easter. We therefore needed to quickly find a skilled finance leader to ensure an overlap and proper handover. But what do you do when it’s Easter season, with several holidays ahead, a busy schedule, and an urgent need for a Finance Manager?
