Do you want to take the lead on a large ERP rollout across several markets? On behalf of a large international client, Nextt & Mason looking for an experienced

Interim Implementation Manager and IT Project Leader.

You will lead IT´s delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) rollout across the client´s commercial business units. Your job is to make sure the delivery is on time, on budget and good enough to build on.

Your mission

• Lead IT´s delivery in D365 F&O projects across several business units and markets.

• Plan and drive configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover.

• Lead a squad of functional and technical D365 consultants.

• Be the main IT partner to the business side implementation and change managers.

• Coordinate dependencies across global template teams (solution desigs, development, integration), banks, localisation packs and external ISVs.

• Document and manage market specific configurations and deviations from the global template.

• Keep control of progress, risks and dependencies from start to finish.

What you bring

• A proven track record of leading end to end D365 F&O implementations.

• Strong project leadership in global, cross functional settings.

• Solid knowledge of ERP methodology, integrations, data migration and architecture.

• Experience bringing business, IT and external vendors into line in complex environments with many dependencies.

• Fluent English and Swedish.

• You are a structured leader who delivers results.

You understand both the technology and the business. and you are comfortable acting as the bridge between them. You get ahead of risks instead of reacting to them, and you do well when the pace is high and the landscape is complex.
