Interim Factory Systems Program Manager

We are looking for a senior interim leader to take on a key role in a major industrial transformation program in Västerås. This is an opportunity to drive structure, momentum, and executive decision-making in a complex digital factory environment where manufacturing, logistics, automation, IT/OT, MES, SAP, and warehouse automation come together.

You will work close to senior stakeholders and the program leadership team, helping turn complexity into clear priorities, actionable plans, and reliable delivery toward a successful Go Live.

What you will drive

• Create transparency across the factory systems portfolio, including roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.

• Strengthen governance, planning, reporting, and decision-making with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

• Drive alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT/IS, automation, suppliers, and implementation partners.

• Secure progress toward Go Live by managing risks, dependencies, scope, readiness, testing, and delivery discipline.

• Translate technical and operational complexity into clear executive decisions, priorities, and actions.

Who we are looking for

• You are a senior interim program leader who thrives in complex transformation settings.

• You quickly create clarity, build trust with stakeholders, and drive measurable progress from day one.

You have

• Extensive experience from senior program leadership, interim executive assignments, transformation leadership, or complex IT/OT and factory systems programs.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, MES, WMS, SAP ECC, warehouse automation, shop-floor operations, automation, and system integration.

• Proven ability to lead governance, financial follow-up, risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and supplier coordination.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions at senior level.

• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
